A little about us...
Locutare is a multimedia company specialized in the production of content and musical identity for companies, with a focus on promotion in communication vehicles such as radio, TV and the internet.
With 20 years in the market, we provide modern and flexible technology to meet the needs of any industry. Locutare develops, produces and maintains dozens of corporate radio stations, bringing the experience of professionals with many years of experience in conventional radio to companies, ensuring a wide network of services and communication tools capable of improving internal relationships (company and employee).
In its team of professionals, Locutare has the experience and one of the voices that are part of the history of radio in Brazil: the Business Director, Eloy Decarlo, and a team of renowned announcers in the market.
After leaving Globo in 2006, Eloy was invited to lead the Locutare team and contribute to our development.

Eloy Decarlo
Communications Director
Announcer, communicator, standard voice of Rede Manchete de TV in the 80s and 90s, standard voice of Rádio Globo until 2006 and of FM o Dia until 2009. Master of Ceremonies, records institutional, announcements, jingles and commercials. He worked as an announcer on the radio stations Mundial, JB FM Rio, Transamérica SP, Cidade, Antena 1, Globo FM and others. He was National Production Manager of Rede Transamérica and Programming Manager of Manchete FM Rio.
